There are different types of energy e.g. light, sound, heat and movement. Energy comes from different sources. Sound can come from clapping hands light can come from a torch. The effects of sound and light energy can be experienced in musical instruments and objects forming shadows. Electricity is another form of energy that has important uses to us. We use energy every day in our activities. For example, when we walk or run.
