Substrand: "6.6 Selling garden produce" (30 periods)

There are many reasons for growing crops and raising farm animals. Some farms grow crops and raise animals entirely for money, while others do it entirely for their family to use, this is called subsistence farming. Some subsistence farms produce more than the family needs and they sell the extra crops and animals (surplus). Whatever, the reason, proper farm management and an accurate and up to date record must be kept.
